OUTBREAK Mission Statement:
“OUTBREAK" exists to live “THE Cause” of Christ by:

Youth Ministry Teams

The intention of our youth ministry teams is to allow our students to explore areas in which they can use gifts they believe God has blessed them with and likewise has “called” them to use in service to God and his church family.  We believe that our students are not the future of the church with potential to serve, but that they are an essential part of the church with the “call” to serve now.  Each team is always looking for more students and adult volunteers to realize their gifts and serve on a ministry team.  We are always open to new ministry team ideas that students may feel that God is calling them to use their gifts

Worship Team:

Team Responsibility: Consists of our youth band (UnAshamed) called to lead OUTBREAK in Worship through song, prayer, testimony, and scripture every Sunday night. UnAshamed also leads our congregation in Worship through music the last  Sunday of every month during our Alternative Service at 11:11.

Mission Team:

Team Responsibility:  To coordinate all outreach and mission events for OUTBREAK Youth  Ministries. Team plans a yearly summer mission trip, the yearly 30 Hour Famine events, other local mission opportunities, and the fundraising and preparation for each event.

Prayer Team:

Team Responsibility:  Pray for and pray over every OUTBREAK event, meeting, and activity. Meets regularly to pray for group members and also coordinate specific prayer focused events throughout the year (ie: Prayer Tour) as part of the 30 Hour Famine or other events. 

Web Team:

Team Responsibility:  To coordinate all information associated with OUTBREAK’s Facebook page and the NPC webpage.  Posts discussion questions related to weekly messages and small group discussions, works with the Prayer Team to share the group’s and individual’s Prayer requests, and posting of pictures from recent OUTBREAK events.

Design Team:

Team Responsibility:  This is a new ministry team with interest in designing and decorating our youth rooms.  This team organizes pictures from recent youth events and is currently working on concepts and ideas for painting in the youth rooms. The team also design group logos, shirts, and other items that  represents OUTBREAK Youth Ministries.

Drama Team:

Team Responsibility:  This is a new ministry team concept with desires to serve God through drama, dance, and other forms of interpretive art.  If you feel like you are blessed in these areas, please talk to any youth leader for more information and to share your interest in serving in this area. 

OutBreak is NPC’s Contemporary Ministry dedicated to our Junior High and Senior High students.  These students have traveled to many locations dedicating their time, love and prayers to help individuals and communities in need.  Their most recent mission took them to Las Vegas, Nevada where they had the opportunity to minister and witness to several people in need of finding Christ in their hearts. 

OutBreak has been blessed with some amazing teens who through their faith and ministering have brought many to Christ.  If you’d like to make a positive difference in your life and in the life of others and share the word of God with them, we would love to have you join our group and Invite you to come meet us.
